How To Purchase Articles And Stories

HOW TO PAY: To purchase an article or story, click the 'Buy Now' paypal link below the article or story then follow the instructions on how to pay for the item. Make a payment in the amount stated. A message will then be registered on our paypal account that you have made a payment.

DELIVERY: To view the entire article or story send an email to charmediatt@gmail.com using the email account where you want the item to be delivered. The article or story in its entirety will be sent to you in PDF format within 10 minutes of your email. NOTE: A viewing fee of US $4.00 will be charged if purchaser cancels the article order after viewing. A word version of the document will be emailed to the purchaser immediately after two (2) hours of sending the PDF format article.


RETURNS & REFUNDS: If for any reason you do not want to use the article you received, your money will be refunded to the account you used for payment, minus a viewing fee of US $4.00. NOTE: We do not accept cancellations/give refunds for stories.
To cancel your purchase AND use of the article, you must send an email (using the same email address as before) stating cancellation, within two (2) hours of your receipt of article. Your money will be refunded via paypal within the stipulated period.
